Merrimack Premium Outlets Project

The Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall project was approved by the Merrimack Planning Board in September of 2008.  The project includes the construction of approximately 560,000 square feet of retail outlet mall space (GLA) in 12 buildings, along with associated access, parking, and other site improvements.  The project site is located off of Industrial Drive, near its intersection with Continental Boulevard, and is immediately adjacent to Exit 10 of the F.E. Everett Turnpike.

Construction of Phase I of the project (comprised of +/-440,000 square feet GLA in 8 buildings) is expected to begin in the Fall of 2010.  Phase I construction is expected to take approximately 20 months to complete.
