Winter Parking Ban

The Town of Merrimack winter parking ban goes into effect November 15th and remains in effect until April 15th. No parking will be allowed on any town streets or town maintained parking lots from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, seven days a week. Any vehicle found in violation may be towed at the owner's expense, and violators may face up to a $15 fine for violating the Winter Parking Town ordinance. Vehicles found impeding snow removal will be towed at the owner's expense, and face a $25 fine.
