MERRIMACK, NH on July 28, 2010 at approximately 4:25 p.m.: Merrimack Police stopped a motor vehicle on Daniel Webster Highway for being unregistered. The driver was identified as David Erickson and upon checking his license it was determined that he was under suspension for default on a court summons. Erickson was placed under arrest and transported to the Merrimack Police Department. He was later released on $750 personal recognizance bail. He was ordered to appear in Merrimack District Court on August 31, 2010 to answer to the charge of operating after suspension.

MERRIMACK, NH on July 28, 2010 at approximately 10:56 a.m.:
Merrimack Police stopped a motor vehicle on Daniel Webster Highway near Hilton Dr for littering after an officer observed a can of Red Bull being thrown from the window. The officer stopped the vehicle and observed the driver and passenger switch seats in the vehicle. The driver was eventually identified as Carla Broadus. Broadus had given the officer a license belonging to Pamela Uphold in order to mask her true identity. After checking Broadus license, it was determined that she was suspended in Virginia for failure to pay a fine. Broadus was placed under arrest for disobeying a police officer and operating after suspension. Pamela Uphold was arrested for hindering apprehension and Kyle Perkins was arrested for littering. All the subjects were transported to the Merrimack Police Department where they were processed and later released on bail.

MERRIMACK, NH, Police Department: have arrested 48 year old Linda Twomey of Nashua. The arrest comes as result of a two month long investigation conducted by the United States Postal Inspectors Office and the Merrimack Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau. Twomey a 15 year employee of Elbit Systems (formerly Kollsman Instruments) has been charged with 7 counts of theft of mail and its contents which were being sent out via outgoing mail from the Merrimack facility. Twomey who worked in the mail room at Elbit Systems also volunteered to collect employee holiday donations last Christmas which were earmarked for Marguerite’s Place in Nashua, a shelter for single woman with children as a short term transitional facility to regain stability. Each year Elbit Systems participates in a food, cash and gift drive for the Nashua based facility prior to the holiday the business presents the gift cards and cash to the organization which depends solely on donations by corporations and organizations in the greater Nashua area. Through the course of the investigation it was learned that Twomey skimmed food gift cards destine for Marguerite’s Place, and cash from greeting cards which were being mailed from the facility by employees to family members.
Twomey has been released on $7,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the Merrimack District Court on August 31st 2010 at 8:30AM to answer the seven misdemeanor charges.

MERRIMACK, NH,:On July 17, 2010, at 10:27 p.m., Merrimack Police responded to the area of #9 Bowers Landingfor a reported disturbance in one of the building’s apartment units.
Upon the Officers’ arrival, a male party, at the time identified by Police as the above Daniel D. Stevens, was seen standing near a second floor balcony glass slider. Upon making visual contact with Police, Stevens quickly retreated into the apartment. The Officers, familiar with Stevens and the fact that he had been released on bail conditions prohibiting him from being on that property, subsequently gave chase.
Although Stevens could not be located that evening, a follow-up investigation ensued and an arrest warrant was completed for his arrest. The additional charge of Criminal Trespass was brought forward in that Stevens had also received notice from Bowers Landing Property Management ordering him to stay off the property.
Stevens was subsequently arrested on the warrant, processed and released on $5,000.00 personal recognizance bail. Stevens is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack District Court on August 31, 2010, to answer to the charges.

MERRIMACK, NH: On Tuesday July 27, 2010 at approximately 0100 hours Officer McGuire of the Merrimack Police Department stopped a motor vehicle for defective equipment on Route 3 near Caron’s Mobil. Upon checking the occupants of the vehicle he learned Keene was wanted on a bench warrant for willful concealment out of the Concord Police Department. Keene was arrested and transported to the Merrimack Police Department where she was processed on the warrant. Keene was not able to post bail and was transported to the Valley Street Jail awaiting her appearance in the Merrimack District Court on July 27, 2010.
MERRIMACK, NH: On Tuesday July 27, 2010 at approximately 12:51 a.m. Officer Lindbom was checking the area of Springfield Circle while on a police mountain bicycle when he came into contact with Mitchell on Taconic Drive. Upon conducting a brief investigation he found Mitchell to be possession of a controlled drug. Mitchell was arrested and transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug. Mitchell was later released on $ 750.00 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Merrimack District Court on August 3rd, 2010.

MERRIMACK, NH: On Tuesday July 27, 2010 at approximately 0230 a.m. Officer Cassell stopped a motor vehicle in the Burger King parking lot located on Continental Boulevard for erratic operation. Upon checking the operators (Perron) license he learned he was wanted on an electronic bench warrant for unpaid traffic violations. Perron was arrested and transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed. Perron was unable to post bail and was transported to the Valley Street Jail where he was held until his arraignment which is scheduled for July 27, 2010.

MERRIMACK, NH,:On July 20, 2010, at 10:48 p.m., Merrimack Police responded to the area of Industrial Dr and the Everett Turnpike to handle a report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident.
Upon the Officer’s arrival, he made contact with the victim motorist and was advised that the suspect motorist had sideswiped his vehicle and left the area via the Everett Turnpike southbound. The victim was able to provide Police with the suspect vehicle’s license plate number which came back registered to the above Amanda L. Fordham.
Upon further investigation and with the assistance of the Hudson Police Department, it was learned that Fordham was in fact the involved motorist and a warrant was completed for her arrest.
Fordham was subsequently arrested by Merrimack Police and she was processed on the warrant. After being processed, Fordham was released on $1,500.00 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Court on August 31, 2010, to answer to the charge.

MERRIMACK, NH,:On July 26, 2010, at 10:52 a.m., Merrimack Police responded to #8 Four Seasons Ln for the report of a domestic altercation with property damage. Upon the Police Officers’ arrival, they made contact with the reporting party and were advised the following.
That prior to responding to the 911 call, police learned that an argument occurred between the reporting party and the above William D. Cloutier. During this heated exchange, Cloutier damaged property within the residence and then left prior to the Police Officers’ arrival.
With the assistance of the Amherst Police Department, Cloutier was located within their community and arrested. Cloutier was then relinquished to the custody of Merrimack Police where he was processed on the above charge.
After being processed, Cloutier was released on $2,500.00 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Court on July 27, 2010, to answer to the charge.
