On September 1, 2010, at around 2:45 PM, the Merrimack Police arrested a local man for Reckless Driving. Arrested was Justin P Harbeck of 1 Oak Street Merrimack, New Hampshire. The incident occurred on Wire Road near Mallard Point Road when Det. James Dowling witnessed the man accelerate his 2007 Suzuki GSX600, which then caused the front end to lift from the pavement creating a wheelie. The man then accelerated at speeds estimated at 60+ mph in a 30 mph zone. Harbeck was taken into custody and transported to the Merrimack Police Department for booking procedures. Harbeck was charged with Reckless Operation and Unreasonable Speed. Harbeck was released on $1,500.00 Personal Recognizance and $500.00 Cash Bail. He was scheduled to appear in the Merrimack District Court on September 7, 2010.
On September 1, 2010 at about 10:18 p.m. police received a call from a motorist reporting the Toyota Solara it was behind was driving erratically, police located the vehicle on Whitney St and made contact with the driver Nathan Hadlock. Hadlock was subsequently arrested for OUIL. He was transported to the Merrimack Police Department, processed and released on $2000 P/R bail pending a September 7, 2010 arraignment at the Merrimack Court.

MERRIMACK, NH,:On September 1, 2010, at 10:32 a.m., the above Michael L. Proulx surrendered himself to Merrimack Police on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Merrimack Court. The issuance of the warrant stemmed from Proulx’s failure to appear before said Court in August, 2010, to answer to an OUIL charge brought forward by Merrimack Police.
Proulx was subsequently processed on the warrant and an additional charge of Bail Jumping was brought forward in that Proulx had been released on bail when he failed to appear. After being processed, Proulx was able to post his bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Court on September 2, 2010, to answer to the charges.

MERRIMACK, NH,:On August 23, 2010, at 10:00 p.m., Officer Daniel Jacques of the Merrimack Police Department was conducting a routine park check at #116 Naticook Rd, Wasserman Park. The check was conducted in an effort to step-up area patrols due to recent criminal mischief incidents occurring on that property.
While patrolling the park grounds, Off. Jacques located a group of teens “hanging out” after park hours. One of the teens was identified as the above Matthew J. Brule. After a brief investigation, the teens were released without further incident.
On August 24, 2010, at 7:35 a.m., Merrimack Police responded back to Wasserman Park in that camp personnel had discovered damage to a boat house. A follow-up investigation ensued and during the course of this investigation, Brule was identified as an involved party and a warrant was completed for his arrest. Additional charges are forthcoming for those other parties identified and involved through the Juvenile Bureau.
Brule subsequently surrendered himself to Police and was processed on the warrant. After being processed, Brule was released on $3,000.00 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Court on October 5, 2010, to answer to the charges.
