Residents of Merrimack are hereby advised that the Town Council will hold a public hearing, in accordance with Chapter 92, Amusement Devices, of the Merrimack Town Code, for one (1) amusement device located at Pizzaroma, 280 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2012, at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 8 Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack.

Residents of Merrimack are hereby advised that the Town Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the recommended changes to Chapter 183, Vehicles and Traffic of the Merrimack Town Code, pursuant to Charter Article V, Section 5-3. Copies of the proposed changes are available at the Town Manager’s office, Town Clerk’s office, the Merrimack Public Library and also on the Town’s website. All interested parties are invited to attend. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 8 Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack.

Proposed Municipal 2012-13 Operating Budget and Warrant Articles
Residents of Merrimack are hereby advised that the Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Merrimack Town Hall Meeting Room located at 8 Baboosic Lake Road to discuss the following:
- 2012/13 Proposed Municipal Operating Budget
- Collective Bargaining Agreements, if any
- Proposed Issuance of Debt
- Petitioned Bonds, if any
- Other Petitioned Warrant Articles
- Review of Default Budget
These hearings are being held pursuant to the requirements of NH RSA 40:13 II-b, NH RSA 33:8-a (I) and Town of Merrimack Charter Article 8-3.
