Planning and Zoning
Planning and Zoning is located in the Community Development
Department offices in the East Wing of the Town Hall on the Lower
Level.

Planning Board Meetings are normally held every Tuesday at 7:00 P.M. in the Court Room on the second floor of Town Hall, West Wing.
Applications for Subdivisions, Lot Line Revisions and/or Consolidations, Non-Residential Site Plans, Home Occupations, Earth Materials Removal Permits and Notice of Voluntary Merger are accepted and processed by Planning and Zoning Division of the Community Development Department.
