 We are excited to announce our Summer Concert Series schedule for the summer of 2012!  Click on the link below to view the entertainment we have lined up for this summer!

**NEW THIS YEAR! All concerts will be held on Wednesday nights from 6 - 8 pm, EXCEPT for Sunday, July 3rd and Thursday, August 9 which will be held from 7 - 9 pm.

Naticook Day Camp Registration is Open 

Please note: There has been a change of date for our Open House scheduled in August.  The new date is Thursday, August 9 for the Carnival/Open House during week 7.

ATHLETIC FIELDS CLOSURE INFORMATION 

 

Merrimack Skate Park on O'Gara Dr.

The Skate Park is scheduled to open for the season on April 20th from 3:00 - 6:30pm. 

The Park will be closed on Wednesday's. 

During the week of School Vacation, the park will be open daily (with the exception of Wednesday) from 2:00-8:00pm.

 WESTON PARK TEMPORARILY CLOSED

The office for the Town of Merrimack’s Parks and Recreation Department is located in Wasserman Park on Naticook Road. Regular office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Parks and Recreation Department is the "fun" department offering many different special events, programs, and motor coach bus trips.
The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for: 

- the planning and supervision of special events and trips  administered on a town-wide basis. - the planning, implementation, and supervision of Parks &  Recreation programs, such as Naticook Day Camp.

- the scheduling of all town owned parks and facilities

- maintenance of Wasserman Park and the scheduling of all the facilities within Wasserman Park.

Parks & Recreation Committee Meetings take place at 7:15pm in the Town Hall conference room on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Watch for these meetings to be aired on Merrimack’s Local Cable TV station.

Special Events sponsored solely or in part by the Parks & Recreation Department, include the Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Hayride, Holiday Parade, Santa Calling, Winter Carnival, and a variety of
bus trips.
