NATICOOK DAY CAMP
Naticook Day Camp is run under the direction of the Town of Merrimack's Parks and Recreation Department. Learning is part of the fun at Naticook. Trained counselors guide campers, ages 5 through 14, in a relaxed atmosphere increasing self-confidence, respect and good sportsmanship.
Naticook Day Camp is proud to be accredited by the American Camping Association (ACA). Developed exclusively for the camp industry, this nationally recognized program focuses on program quality, health and safety issues and requires us to review every facet of our operation. Click here for registration form.
Naticook has voluntarily submitted to this independent appraisal done by camp experts and has earned this mark of distinction...
Because of Camp.... a message from ACA.
JUNIOR CAMP The Junior Camp is offered for children 5 & 6 years of age (going into kindergarten and first grade). We have found in the past that the littler legs have a harder time keeping up with the bigger legs throughout the day. Therefore, this revamped program is geared to go at their pace. The Junior Camp is centrally located in the Theatre, next to the bunks, waterfront and dining hall, where they participate in activities such as arts & crafts, creative play, sports, games, storybook and snack time. Other activities include: boating, nature, woodworking, dance and theatre.

C.I.T. PROGRAM Children 15 years of age are eligible to apply for the Counselor-In-Training Program. This program focuses on leadership and team building. This program offers each candidate an opportunity to become familiar with the counselor's side of camp. The valuable experience gained here will help participants no matter what career path is in their future. Applications are being accepted for the C.I.T. program. The fee to participate in this program is $65.00 per week.
See Day Camp Forms for more information on our C.I.T. program.
