Solicitation of funds for charitable purposes requires a permit, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 31:91 and the Town of Merrimack ordinance. Applications for the permit are available in this office or can be downloaded from the link at the bottom of this page. The application fee is $5.00, which will be waived upon proof of registration as a non-profit or charitable organization.
