We are pleased to announce the 11th Annual Merrimack Fall Festival will take place this year at James Mastricola Upper Elementary School on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 10 am to 2 pm. As in the past, the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce will be involved with the event in many ways.
The fee is $75 for an indoor space and $35 for an outdoor space. There is no charge for municipal groups. Any non-profit organization who provides volunteers for the event may be allowed an outdoor space free of charge, however inside spots will only be provided to those who pay the inside paid exhibitor rate.
We will make all efforts to accommodate special requests (electricity, specific room/location, etc.) but since space is limited we have to assign spots on a first come first serve basis. All location assignments will be first come first serve pertaining to when the commitment letters are received.
This event will be scheduled rain or shine.
REGISTRATION: You can register here online and pay via credit card or via check. No matter your payment method, we ask that you still print out the Commitment letter and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail it to the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 254, Merrimack, NH 03054.
If you do not want to register via our online system, you can still print out the letter and mail it in with your payment or drop it off at the Chamber of Commerce located at 4 John Tyler Street, Unit H.
All checks are to be made to "Merrimack Chamber of Commerce" with “Most of Merrimack” listed on the memo section.
