A 24/7 hotline for anyone seeking help with alcohol and other substance misuse and addiction has long been recognized as a crucial, missing resource in New Hampshire. The Statewide Addiction Crisis Line (toll-free at 1-844-711-HELP (4357)) is now available to assist anyone seeking assistance.

211 is a free and confidential service that helps people across North America find the local resources they need.  They are avaialable 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

For Mental Health services, you can contact either the National Alliance for Menatl Health at www.NAMI.org, or the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center at www.GNMHC.org..both offer assistance to families and individuals who are looking for services to address Mental Health issues.

                        

 

New Hampshire Care Path - In New Hampshire, there are many paths available to help people of all ages live better in their communities. NHCarePath is designed to be New Hampshire’s “front door” that quickly connects individuals to a full range of community services and supports. Once you have entered NHCarePath you will find a collaboration of state wide partners, including:

  • Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
  • ServiceLink
  • Area Agencies offering developmental services
  • Community Mental Health Centers

Caregivers, families, older adults, and persons living with a disability are invited to explore the website and find assistance with individualized needs.

Families in Transition Family Willows Intensive Outpatient Program, Their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an innovative, four-month-long that helps participants recognize, examine and understand the effects of substance use and trauma on their lives and the lives of their families.

Hope for New Hampshire offers a Recovery Community Center:

Hope for Manchester Recovery Center (HMRC) is a safe place where recovery development occurs and where individuals will be matched with people offering recovery services. HMRC provides a platform for individual’s voices will be heard; a venue for healthy, drug & alcohol free socialization and family supports for all stages of recovery.

HMRC respects all pathways to addiction recovery and will assist individuals and their families with access to supports that work for them.
