Block Party Request

Any resident planning to have a block party shall submit a completed request form to the Chief of Police.

Regulations:

1. Secure written permission from the Chief of Police.
2. Secure approval from the Town Manager.
3. Wooden horses must be installed at each end of the restricted area.
4. One lane must be kept open at all times for emergency vehicles.
5. Permittee shall be responsible for cleanup of refuse; repair of damages.
6. Permittee shall be responsible for notifying any neighbors affected by restricted area, beforehand, of time and date of block party.
