Resident Compost Give Away Program (Non-Hydraulic Vehicles)

Resident and Non-Resident Compost Sales Procedure

1)   The Town of Merrimack, WWTF will sell compost tickets to Merrimack residents with hydraulic vehicles and Non-Residents between the hours of 7:30 am -2:30 pm on Monday to Friday.
2)   You  may  purchase  compost  on  Saturday’s  and  Sunday’s  between  the  hours  of  7:30 am to 2:30 pm but you may only buy one load at a time there are no advanced sales!
3)   Residents and Non-Residents are encouraged to download the required paper work at www.merrimacknh.gov you may also come to the Main Office Monday – Friday to complete the required paper work.
4)   We only accept cash (exact Change) and checks, no credit or debit cards
5)   Fees:
a.    Resident with a hydraulic vehicle $5.00 per yard no limit
b.   Non-Residents$10.00 per yard, 20 yards maximum per year is sold to residents from the following towns; Amherst, Brookline, Greenville, Hollis, Lyndeborough, Mason, Mont Vernon, Temple, Wilton, Milford.
c.    All others must call the facility Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm at 603-883-8196
6)   Once the paper work is completed you will be issued the appropriate number of tickets
7)   At the loading area present the ticket to the loader operator
8)   The loader operator will then load your vehicle
