Purpose
Committee responsibilities include planning the festivities and events to commemorate the USA's 250th Anniversary celebration.

Appointment / Term of Office 
Eight (8) members

Membership shall include:
• Parks & Recreation Director
• One (1) Parks & Recreation Committee Member
• One (1) Town Councilor
• One (1) Police Department Member
• One (1) Fire Department Member
• Three (3) Members of the Public

The public members are to serve a 1 Year term. General members shall be residents of the Town of Merrimack.

There are no alternates for the public members.
