NOTE: Effective July 1, 2026, the State Building Code will be updated to the list below. There is a six-month concurrence period from July 1 - December 31, 2026. During this time, permit requests can be submitted under either the 2021 or 2024 codes. See the courtesy document for New Hampshire State Building Code Amendments , effective July 1, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, all permit requests shall follow the codes below.
