Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (TGP) is a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. Tennessee Gas Pipeline has proposed the Northeast Energy Direct (NED) Project to upgrade its existing pipeline system in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut.
