On July 24, 2016 at approximately 12:32 am, an Officer observed a motor vehicle speeding on Continental Blvd and initiated a traffic stop near Naticook Rd. The operator was identified as Kelly Bourque. She had 2 juvenile passengers with her. During the course of the stop, the Officer noticed signs that the occupants may be in possession of marijuana. He furthered his investigation and confirmed that Bourque and a male juvenile occupant did in fact have marijuana. A female juvenile occupant was found to be in possession of alcohol. All of them were taken into custody and transported to the Merrimack Police Department for processing. Bourque was charged accordingly, released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled to be arraigned on September 15, 2016 at 8:00 am in 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack. The two juveniles were released to the custody of their parents and their matters will be adjudicated in the juvenile justice system.

Charge:   Conspiracy to Commit Burglary   Conspiracy to Commit Theft

Bail Amount: $3,500 Personal Recognizance   

On the morning of November 10, 2015, Officers from the Merrimack Police Department responded to a reported burglary at a business in town. Officers discovered that the person(s) responsible made entry by breaking out a window. A computer and a set of golf clubs were taken from inside the business, and a GPS unit was taken from a company vehicle that was parked in the lot. During the course of the investigation, Detectives discovered that Loretta Julian pawned the golf clubs and the GPS in Nashua. Upon interviewing Julian, she admitted to Detectives that she was present when the burglary and theft took place. A Judge in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack granted an arrest warrant for Julian. On July 23, 2016, the Manchester Police Department came in to contact with Julian and arrested her on that warrant. Julian was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where she was processed and charged accordingly. She was released on $3,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at 8:00 AM on September 15, 2016 in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack.

Name: Kerri Lynn Brown        Age:33

Charges: Burglary RSA 635:1 Class B Felony

Court Date: August 9th 2016

   Bail: $10,000 Personal Recognizance

Merrimack Police have arrested 33 year Kerri Lynn Brown of Chapel Lane Merrimack, NH. On July 7th 2016, Merrimack Police were called to a home on Chapel Lane for the report of a burglary. The victim reported that she was missing her diamond engagement ring valued at $7,000 and some cash.

Investigators later discovered that Brown had sold a diamond ring to Cash for Gold on Amherst Street in Nashua in mid June and she received $160 for the ring. Police were able to recover the ring, which the victim was able to identify.

Police later interviewed Brown who was being held at the Women's Prison in Goffstown NH on unrelated charges. Based on information obtained in that interview, Brown was subsequently charged with the burglary. Brown is scheduled for a probable cause hearing in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on August 9th at 8:30AM.

On July 9, 2016 Merrimack Police responded to the Home Depot Parking lot on Rt. 101-A for a report of a report of suspicious activity. The caller stated a male subject was in a Ford Freestyle smoking from a piece of aluminum foil. Officers arrived and located a Ford Freestyle and spoke with the occupant, identified as Jacob Blumenthal who was seated in the vehicle. Officers talked with Blumenthal and during the investigation officers noticed some drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Officers seized the vehicle and applied for a search warrant, which was later granted.

During the search of the vehicle, officers found a small quantity of Heroin and a Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride pill, which is only available by prescription.

An arrest warrant was later obtained and on July 21, 2016 Blumenthal turned himself in. He was processed on the charges and later released on $5,000.00 P/R bail. He is scheduled to appear in the 9th circuit Court, Merrimack division on September 15, 2016.

On July 21, 2016, the Merrimack Police Department arrested George and Isabella Stanley and charged them with drug related offenses.

While conducting a traffic enforcement detail, Merrimack Police stopped a motor vehicle for an inspection related violation.  Upon making contact with the driver, Isabella J. Stanley, and the passenger, George W. Stanley, police noted signs of possible drug use.  After further investigation, police located the controlled drug marijuana within the vehicle and both subjects were placed under arrest.

After being processed, George and Isabella Stanley were released on $1,500.00 personal recognizance bail and are scheduled to appear before the Merrimack Circuit Court on September 15, 2016, to answer to the charges.

National Night Out Day is observed annually on the first Tuesday in August. It is a community-police awareness-raising event in the United States.

National Night Out was created to increase awareness about police programs in communities.

Some of these programs include:

  • Drug prevention
  • Town watch
  • Neighborhood watch

National Night Out has been celebrated since 1984 and is sponsored by the National Association of Towns.

MAIN ATTRACTION:  Movie of the night   “ZOOTOPIA”

On July 19, 2016 Merrimack Police were called to the Residence at Daniel Webster Highway apartment complex for a report of a disturbance. Upon the officers arrival they located the involved subjects at unit 622. While Officers were inside the unit inquiring about the loud yelling which had gone on outside the unit, an officer noticed a prescription bottle without a label containing several pills. After inquiring about this it was learned that the pills were Suboxone, which is a Narcotic Analgesic and a scheduled 3 drug on the DEA’s schedule of controlled drugs, which requires a prescription to possess.

The registered resident of the apartment, identified as Trevor Fox, did not have a valid prescription for the pills and subsequently was arrested for being in possession of the controlled drug without a valid prescription.

Fox was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed on the charge and later released on $2500.00 P/R bail. He is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack Division on September 15, 2016.

MERRIMACK, NH, On July 19, 2016 at approximately 2:00 p.m. Merrimack Police and Fire Rescue responded to Daniel Webster Highway for the report of a tree branch that had fallen on the top of a moving motor vehicle. Upon the arrival of the emergency responders it was determined that a rotten pine tree branch had given way and fell upon the roof of a traveling motorist. The roadway had to be closed because it was unsafe to travel in the area. Merrimack Fire rescue had to extricate the driver from the vehicle who was then transported to the Catholic Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. NH DOT responded to clear the fallen tree branch from the roadway. Daniel Webster Highway was reopened at approximately 4:30 p.m.

On July 18, 2016 members of the Merrimack Police Department responded to a residence on Dunloggin Dr. for a reported medical issue. Upon officers arrival it was discovered that a domestic disturbance had occurred. An investigation was conducted and as a result of the investigation Sydney Rosco was placed under arrest for domestic violence. Rosco allegedly physically assaulted her former boyfriend during an argument. Rosco also allegedly supplied the officers with false information and falsified physical evidence in regards to the incident.  Rosco is being held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections and is expected to appear before the 9th circuit court on July 19, 2016 to answer to the above listed charges.

Bail Amount: $5,000 Personal Recognizance

On July 18, 2016 at about 1:13 am, an Officer patrolling in the area of Continental Blvd and Amherst Rd observed a male sitting in a motor vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business. A license plate check of the motor vehicle revealed that the registered owner, Bryon Bouchie, was on parole for a 2013 burglary. The check also indicated that the Candia (NH) Police Department had an active arrest warrant for Bouchie for his involvement in a recent attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools. The Officer made contact with the male and positively identified him as Bouchie. He was arrested without incident. While inventorying Bouchie’s property, Officers located a substance consistent with Heroin. Bouchie was transported back to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and charged accordingly. His bail was set at $5,000 Personal Recognizance, and his arraignment was scheduled for September 15, 2016 at 8:00 AM in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack. Bouchie was then transported to the Candia NH Police Department where he was processed on their charges.
