1.  Public Hearing – Donation Acceptance to the Bear Christensen Fund

The Town Council will hold a public hearing to authorize the acceptance and expenditure of two donations totaling $15,000 to the Bear Christensen Fund held by the Trustees of Trust Funds, of which $9,000 to be allocated to the principal account and $6,000 to be allocated to the income account, pursuant to RSA 31:19, RSA 31:95-b and Charter Article 8-15.

2.  Public Hearing – Chapter 117, Backyard Poultry (Chickens & Roosters)

The Town Council will hold a public hearing for Chapter 117, Backyard Poultry (Chickens & Roosters), of the Merrimack Town Code, pursuant to Charter Article V.

1. Donation Acceptance for the Merrimack Fire Rescue Department
Submitted by Fire Chief Joseph Guarnera
The Town Council to consider the acceptance and expenditure of a donation in the amount of $1,000 from Digital Federal Credit Union and a donation in the amount of $500 from Tractor Supply, to Merrimack Fire Rescue to be used towards the purchase of training supplies to aid in the Department’s strive for continual professional development, pursuant to RSA 31:95-b and Charter Article 8-15.

2.  Fire Equipment Capital Reserve Fund Withdrawal Request for Merrimack Fire Rescue Department

The Town Council to consider a request to withdraw $25,000 from the Fire Equipment Capital Reserve Fund for the purchase of a fire hose, associated hardware and accessories to equip the new pumper as well as the replacement of the old hose currently in use.

3.  Consideration of Changes to Chapter 183, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Merrimack Town Code [First Reading]

The Town Council to consider the acceptance of recommended changes to Chapter 183, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Merrimack Town Code, regarding campers and recreational vehicles on public property, pursuant to Charter Article V.

4. Introduction of Chapter 190, Camping on Public Property, of the Merrimack Town Code [First Reading]
Submitted by Town Council Chair Finlay Rothhaus and Town Manager Paul T. Micali
The Town Council to review and consider Chapter 190, Camping on Public Property, to be added as a chapter in the Merrimack Town Code, pursuant to Charter Article V.

5.  2026 Townwide Update & Property Revaluation Capital Reserve Fund Withdrawal Request

The Town Council to be presented with an update related to the Town’s required update of values as well as consider a withdrawal request of $137,016 from the Property Revaluation Capital Reserve Fund.

6.  2026-2032 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Discussion

The Town Council will hold a discussion regarding the details of the 2026-2032 CIP.

7.  National Wreaths Across America Day - Proclamation
Submitted by Town Councilor Nancy Murphy
The Town Council to issue a proclamation designating December 13, 2025, as “National Wreaths Across America Day” in the Town of Merrimack.
