Planning Board
Planning Board Meetings are normally held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 P.M. in the Matthew Thornton Room on the second floor of Town Hall, West Wing (former courtroom).
Applications for Subdivisions, Lot Line Revisions and/or Consolidations, Non-Residential Site Plans, Home Occupations, Earth Materials Removal Permits and Notice of Voluntary Merger are accepted and processed by Planning and Zoning Division of the Community Development Department.
