1.  Proposed Eagle Scout Project Presentation for Horse Hill Nature Preserve
Submitted by Life Scout James Riley
The Town Council to be presented with Life Scout James Riley’s proposed Eagle Scout Project to rebuild the bridge on the Blodgett Hill Trail at Horse Hill Nature Preserve.

2.  Library Board of Trustees Appointment
Submitted by Library Board of Trustees Chair Molly Mortimer
The Town Council to consider the recommendation of appointing Audrey Broyer as an Alternate Trustee member for a one (1) year term, in accordance with RSA 202-A:10 and Charter Article 6-2 (B).

3.  Invasive Species Committee Bylaws Review
Submitted by Invasive Species Committee Chair Matt Urban
The Town Council to be presented with and to consider the approval of the Invasive Species Committee’s proposed Bylaws.

4.  Town of Merrimack Comprehensive Invasive Species Management Plan Review
Submitted by Invasive Species Committee Chair Matt Urban
The Town Council to be presented with and to consider the approval of the Invasive Species Committee’s proposed Town of Merrimack Comprehensive Invasive Species Management Plan.

5.  2nd Quarter Financial Review
Submitted by Finance Director Paul Calabria
Finance Director Paul Calabria will review the key financial information of the quarter ending December 31, 2025.

6.  2026 Deliberative Session
Submitted by Town Council Chair Finlay Rothhaus and Vice Chair Nancy Harrington
Town Council to discuss the details and motions of the upcoming 2026 Deliberative Session being held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
