1. Town Manager Annual Evaluation

The Town Council to affirm annual evaluation completed.

1. Library Board of Trustees Appointment
Submitted by Merrimack Public Library Board of Trustees Chair Molly Mortimer
The Town Council to consider the recommendation of appointing Stephanie Canto as an Alternate Trustee member for a one (1) year term, in accordance with RSA 202-A:10 and Charter Article 6-2 (B).
2. Acceptance of Donation for the Invasive Species Committee
Submitted by Invasive Species Committee Chair Matt Urban
The Town Council to consider the acceptance of a donation of publishing services from Papergraphics to the Invasive Species Committee in the amount of approximately $112.24, pursuant to RSA 31:95-e and Charter Article 8-15.
3. Acceptance of Donation for the Parks & Recreation Department
Submitted by Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Casparius
The Town Council to consider the acceptance and expenditure of a donation in the amount of $595.00 from the Merrimack Lions Club to the Parks and Recreation Department to be used towards sponsoring the Summer Movie Nights in the Park, pursuant to RSA 31:95-b and Charter Article 8-15.
4. Library Capital Reserve Fund Withdrawal Request
Submitted by Merrimack Public Library Board of Trustees Chair Molly Mortimer
The Town Council to consider the approval of the withdrawal request of $230,000 from the Library Capital Reserve Fund to be used towards the Library’s roof replacement project.
5. Wastewater Minor Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Expenditure Request
Submitted by Assistant Director of Public Works / Wastewater Leo Gaudette
The Town Council to consider and authorize the request to expend up to $15,000 from the Wastewater Fund for the purchase of a new Exmark Zero Turn ride-on mower as identified in the 2025/26 Wastewater Minor CIP.
6. Fire Equipment Capital Reserve Fund Withdrawal Request for Merrimack Fire Rescue
Submitted by Fire Chief Joseph Guarnera
The Town Council to consider and authorize Merrimack Fire Rescue’s withdrawal request of
$1,123,449 from the Fire Equipment Capital Reserve Fund for the purchase of a Pierce Pumper,
for the Merrimack Fire Rescue Department.
7. Right to Know Request Policy Review
Submitted by Town Manager Paul T. Micali
The Town Council to review and consider the proposed Right to Know Request Policy for the Town of Merrimack.
