1.   Library Board of Trustees Update

The Library Board of Trustees to provide an update to the Town Council.
 

Public Hearing

1.  Public Hearing – Donation Acceptance for the Merrimack Police Department
Submitted by Deputy Chief Matthew Tarleton
The Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider the acceptance and expenditure of a donation of $20,000 from Merrimack Crimeline for the Merrimack Police Department for restoration work on the Department’s 1957 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery DARE car, pursuant to RSA 31:95-b and Charter Article 8-15.

1.  Volunteer Policy Follow-up Discussion

The Town Council will hold a follow-up discussion regarding a Town of Merrimack Volunteer Policy.

2.  Impact Fees Follow-up Discussion

The Town Council will hold a follow-up discussion regarding Impact Fees (innovative land use controls) within the Town of Merrimack, pursuant to RSA 674:21,V.

New Business

1.  Sound Barrier Discussion

The Town Council to be presented with the findings of the Environmental study which summarizes the results of the noise impact and abatement analysis performed by the State of New Hampshire Department of Transportation, Bureau of Environment.

2.  Highway Capital Reserve Fund Withdrawal Request – Hot Box Dump Trailer Purchase
Submitted by Highway Operations Manager Lori Halverson
The Town Council to consider the Highway Division’s request to withdrawal up to $53,475 from the Highway Capital Reserve Fund for the purchase of a replacement Hot Box Dump Trailer.

3.  Highway Capital Reserve Fund Withdrawal Request - Bucket Truck Purchase
Submitted by Highway Operations Manager Lori Halverson
The Town Council to consider the Highway Division’s request to withdrawal up to $181,324 from the Highway Capital Reserve Fund for the purchase of a replacement 2025 Freightliner with a Terex Hi-Ranger XTPro 60 Aerial Lift.

4.  Acceptance of a Donation for the Public Works Highway Division
Submitted by Highway Operations Manager Lori Halverson
The Town Council to consider the acceptance of a donated raffle prize of a 14” Makita Power Cutter Kit with 4 batteries with an estimated value of $2,699 from Turf Depot to the Public Works Highway Division, pursuant to RSA 31:95-e and Charter Article 8-15.
