1.  F.E. Everett Turnpike Widening Project and Noise Barriers Letter Discussion
Submitted by Town Manager Paul T. Micali
The Town Council to discuss sending a letter to our Representatives asking for their help in the matter to allow for the financial resources to get a noise barrier for Vista Way residents as well as the other twelve neighborhoods that are in excess of 70 decibels.

New Business

1.  Donation of Holiday Lighting of the Abbie Griffin Bandstand
Submitted by Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Casparius
The Town Council to consider the acceptance of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of NH’s offer to decorate and light up the Abbie Griffin Park bandstand and Christmas tree at no cost to the Town for the Town’s Tree Lighting Ceremony on December 8, 2024, pursuant to RSA 31:95-e and Charter Article 8-15.

2.  Sewer Infrastructure Capital Reserve Fund (CRF) Withdrawal Request
Submitted by Public Works Director Dawn Tuomala
The Town Council to consider the Sewer Infrastructure CRF withdrawal request of up to $75,940 for an engineering analysis for sewer pipe relocation at Executive Park Drive brought forth by the current F.E. Everett Turnpike Widening Project.

3.  First Quarter Financial Review
Submitted by Finance Director Paul Calabria
Finance Director Paul Calabria will review the key financial information of the quarter ending September 30, 2024.

4.  Performance Pay Plan Discussion
Submitted by Town Manager Paul T. Micali and Human Resources Director Sharon Marunicz
The Town Council to discuss the development of a pay scale to include steps based on performance for Non-union (non-contractual) employees.
