1.  Acceptance to Expend InvestNH Municipal Per Unit Grant – 800 MHz Communications Tower
Submitted by Town Manager Paul T. Micali
The Town Council to consider a request to expend $480,000 made available through the InvestNH Municipal Per Unit Grant Program, previously accepted during the February 8, 2024, Town Council meeting, to be used towards the 800 MHz Communications Tower.

2.  Polling Locations Reconsideration Discussion
Submitted by Town Councilor Jennifer Jobin
The Town Council to reconsider the Merrimack polling locations to change from 3 locations to 2 locations. Both locations are within the Merrimack School District. 

New Business

1.  Donation of Holiday Lighting of the Abbie Griffin Bandstand
Submitted by Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Casparius
The Town Council to consider the acceptance of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Southern NH’s offer to decorate and light up the Abbie Griffin Park bandstand and Christmas tree at no cost to the Town for the Town’s Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, December 7, 2025, pursuant to RSA 31:95-e and Charter Article 8-15.
