Per Town of Merrimack Charter Section 6-6, at least annually, there should be an annual review with the Highway Safety Committee. This agenda item is to highlight the committee’s significant actions, current projects, anticipated actions, and to raise any concerns the Council should know or could act on.

The Town Council to receive an update on the concerns involved in using the James Mastricola Upper Elementary School as a polling site for the upcoming April 14th Town Election.
- April 14th Election Advertising
Submitted by Town Manager Eileen Cabanel and Finance Director Paul T. Micali
To consider the increased use of promotional signage to advertise for the April 14th Election in an attempt to encourage more residents to vote as discussed during the May 16, 2014 Town Council Goal Setting Session.
