1.   Annual Review with the Conservation Commission         
Submitted by Conservation Commission Chairman Tim Tenhave
Per Town of Merrimack Charter Section 6-6, at least annually, there should be an annual review with the Conservation Commission.  This agenda item is to highlight the commission’s significant actions, current projects, anticipated actions, and to raise any concerns the Council should know or could act on.

  1. Public Hearing – Consideration of Changes to the Town of Merrimack Charter
    Submitted by Library Board of Trustees Chair Jennifer Jobin and Library Director Yvette Couser
    The Town Council to hold a public hearing to consider the acceptance of recommended changes to Charter Article VI, Section 6-2 (B) – Library Trustees, of the Town of Merrimack Charter, pursuant to RSA 49-B:5.

  1. Legal Fees Associated with Kinder Morgan [Follow-up from November 5, 2015 Town Council Meeting] 
    Submitted by Town Councilor Dan Dwyer
    The Town Council to review the total cost of legal fees paid to date in association with the proposed Kinder Morgan pipeline project.
     

New Business

  1. Request to Tap Maple Trees in Wasserman Park
    Submitted by Scott Delibac
    Town Council to consider resident Scott Delibac’s request to tap maple trees in an area of Wasserman Park for the purpose of making maple syrup.
     
  2. Donation Acceptance for Parks and Recreation Department Scholarship Fund
    Submitted by Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Casparius
    Town Council to consider the acceptance and expenditure of a donation in the amount of $780.00 from Merrimack Friends and Families for the Parks and Recreation Department’s Camp Scholarship Fund, pursuant to Charter Article 8-15 and RSA 31:95-b.
     
  3. First Quarter Financial Update
    Submitted by Finance Director Paul T. Micali
    Finance Director Paul Micali will review the key financial information of the quarter ending September 30, 2015.
