1.  Proposed Girl Scout Gold Award Project at Veterans Park

The Town Council to be presented with Girl Scout Melody Roe’s proposed Girl Scout Gold Award project to build a permanent story walk along the trails from the west entrance to Veterans Park.

2.  Ratification of Collective Bargaining Agreement

The Town Council to consider the ratification of a tentative collective bargaining agreement for International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), Local 2904.

5.  Donation Acceptance for Trustees of Trust Funds  - Watson Scholarship Account

The Town Council to consider the acceptance and expenditure of a donation in the amount of $5,000 from the Harold Watson Foundation to the Trustees of Trust Funds Watson Scholarship Account to be used towards five separate Merrimack High School scholarships, pursuant to RSAs 31:19, 31:95-b and Charter Article 8-15.

6.  Donation Acceptance for Trustees of Trust Funds – Watson Scholarship Account

The Town Council to consider the acceptance and expenditure of a donation in the amount of $1,000 from the Harold Watson Foundation to the Trustees of Trust Funds Watson Scholarship Account to be used towards the James Mastricola Upper Elementary School Lego Teams, pursuant to RSAs 31:19, 31:95-b and Charter Article 8-15.

7.  Donation Acceptance for Merrimack Fire Rescue

The Town Council to consider the acceptance and expenditure of a donation in the amount of $500 from the Harold Watson Foundation to the Merrimack Fire Rescue Department to be used towards the purchase of fire investigation tools and equipment, pursuant to RSA 31:95-b and Charter Article 8-15.

8.  Online Privacy Policy Agreement Review

The Town Council to review and consider the approval of the Online Privacy Policy Agreement.

9.  Update – Status of Permit Requirements for Craft Fairs (Potential Exemption Request)
