Robert Price
Community Development Director

Robert has been a professional planner in New Hampshire since 2005.  That year, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and began his planning career interning with both the Central New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission (2005), and the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (2005-2006).  Prior to coming to the Town of Merrimack in October 2015, Robert spent 9+ years with the Town of Raymond growing from Planning Technician to Assistant Planner/Code Official.

Robert was promoted from Assistant Planner to Planning & Zoning Administrator in August 2017, and promoted again to Community Development Director in October 2023 following the departure of Tim Thompson.  He is a member of both the Northern New England Chapter of the American Planning Association (NNECAPA) and the New Hampshire Planners Association (NHPA).  He was raised in Merrimack and currently resides with his wife and two daughters in Bedford, NH.

 

Casey Wolfe-Smith
Planning & Zoning Administrator

Casey resumed working with Community Development on November 27, 2023 following a brief stint with the Town of Epping as Town Planner.  Prior to that, Casey served as the Town of Merrimack's Assistant Planner from 2019-2022.  She is a member of both the Northern New England Chapter of the American Planning Association (NNECAPA) and the New Hampshire Planners Association (NHPA).  She enjoys show tunes, cooking & hanging out with her cat.  Casey grew up in Hampstead but now resides in Manchester with her husband.

 

Colleen Olsen
Assistant Planner

Colleen began work with Community Development on December 5, 2022. Prior to joining the Community Development Department, she was the administrative assistant to both the Sandown and Kensington Land Use Boards.  She is a member of both the Northern New England Chapter of the American Planning Association (NNECAPA) and the New Hampshire Planners Association (NHPA).  She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. Colleen is a NH native, residing in her hometown of Sandown where she lives with her parents and siblings.

 

Kendall Jutras
Community Development Secretary

Kendall began work with Community Development on December 11, 2023. Prior to joining the Community Development team, she worked as an administrative assistant at a Women's Health office in Massachusetts.  She spends her free time hiking with her dog, photographing wildlife and spending time with her family and friends.

 

Stefanie Brinn
Part-Time Community Development Secretary

Stef began working with the Community Development Department on September 7th, 2021. Prior to joining the Community Development team, she served in dual roles as a Medical Receptionist and Appointment Specialist for an Orthopedic doctor’s office in NH. She enjoys photography, practicing & teaching yoga, reading, and spending time with her husband and their two cats. Stef is a NH native who grew up in Goffstown and now resides in Manchester.
