1.  Annual Review with the Agricultural Commission          
Submitted by Agricultural Commission Chair Bob McCabe
Per Town of Merrimack Charter Section 6-6, at least annually, there should be an annual review with the Agricultural Commission.  This agenda item is to highlight the commission’s significant actions, current projects, anticipated actions, and to raise any concerns the Council should know or could act on.

1.   Merrimack 4th of July Review
Submitted by the Rotary Club of Merrimack Members Neil Anketell & Bob Best
To discuss the plans and intentions of the Rotary Club of Merrimack regarding the coordination and implementation of a safe and fun Independence Day celebration.  

2.   Proposed Eagle Scout Project for Wasserman Park
Submitted by Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Casparius
Town Council to consider the approval of Boy Scout Max Townsend’s proposed Eagle Scout Project for Wasserman Park to repair the existing Wall Ball Court, setup a pickleball court and install a split rail safety fence behind the playground at Wasserman Park.

3.   Donation Acceptance for Parks and Recreation
Submitted by Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Casparius
The Town Council to consider the acceptance and expenditure of a donation of $450.00 from Bear Christensen Trust to the Parks and Recreation Department to be used towards the Summer Camp Scholarship Fund, pursuant to RSA 31:95-b and Charter Article 8-15.

4.   John O’Leary Adult Community Center Agreement
Submitted by Town Manager Eileen Cabanel
The Town Council to consider renewing the lease agreement with the John O’Leary Adult Community Center.
