1.     Town Re-opening Plan Follow-up Discussion
Submitted by Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Casparius
The Town Council to discuss and consider the following:
a) Youth and Amateur Sports Guidance Recommendations for Football & Cheerleading non-contact practices
b) Town playgrounds
c) Wasserman Park Function Hall
d) Town meeting room usage for outside groups
e) Conservation areas and parks
f) New community special event (featuring fireworks)      

New Business

1.   Consideration for Eagle Scout Project at Wasserman Park
Submitted by Life Scout Kishan Sreenivasan
The Town Council to consider Life Scout Kishan Sreenivasan’s proposed Eagle Scout Project to construct an ADA handicapped accessible ramp in Wasserman Park for the Day Camp / Nurse office.

2.   Petition for Release of Portion of Rita Street from Public Servitude
Submitted by Deputy Public Works Director Dawn Tuomala and Community Development Director Tim Thompson
Request from Governor’s Hill Corporation to release and discharge (per RSA 231:51) a portion of Rita Street (currently unconstructed public road right-of-way located in the Level Acres subdivision dedicated in 1970) from public servitude, be merged with two adjacent residential lots, and establish a public drainage easement.

3.   3rd Quarter Financial Update
Submitted by Finance Director Paul T. Micali
Finance Director Paul Micali will review the key financial information of the quarter ending March 31, 2020.
