The Town Council would like to formally recognize the dedicated individuals that volunteer their time maintaining the ice skating rink located on O’Gara Drive behind the Skate Board Park.

Per Town of Merrimack Charter Section 6-6, at least annually, there should be an annual review with the Parks and Recreation Committee. This agenda item is to highlight the committee’s significant actions, current projects, anticipated actions, and to raise any concerns the Council should know or could act on.

- Concession Stand at Martel Field

The Town Council to consider a request to restore and open the concession stand at Martel Field which would also serve as a permanent memorial in honor of Sergeant Ed Pane.
- Join the New Hampshire Clique Grant for the Merrimack Police Department

Seeking Town Council approval to accept a NH Highway Safety grant in the amount of $2,254.82, for the Merrimack Police Department to participate in the Join the New Hampshire Clique Seatbelt Enforcement blitz being conducted statewide May 18-31, 2015, pursuant to RSA 31:95-b and Charter Article 8-15.
