1.   Committee Appointments
Submitted by Town Council Chairman Tom Koenig and Vice Chair Finlay Rothhaus
The Town Council to consider appointing the following individuals to Town committees, pursuant to Charter Article 4-8:

  • Bess-Arden Parks – Agricultural Commission (Full member)
  • Eric Starr – Conservation Commission (Full member)
  • Chip Pollard – Heritage Commission (Full member)
  • Michelle Creswell – Parks and Recreation Committee (Full member)
  • Julie Poole – Parks and Recreation Committee (Full member)
  • Phil Przybyszewski – Parks and Recreation Committee (Alternate member)
  • Neil Anketell – Planning Board (Full member)
  • Rodney Buckley – Zoning Board of Adjustment (Full member)

2.   MS4 Update; Provide the Town Council with the Yearly Update on the MS4 Program

The program has made progress in meeting the EPA requirements with the addition of our new Environmental Coordinator.  As a requirement of the permit we need to have a public review as part of the process.

3.   Request to Withdraw Funds from Solid Waste Capital Reserve Fund for Purchase of Two New Steel Open Top Live Floor Trailers
Submitted by Public Works Director Kyle Fox and Solid Waste Foreman Kris Perrault
The Solid Waste Division of Public Works is requesting the Town Council authorize a withdrawal from the Solid Waste Equipment Capital Reserve Fund of $159,994 to purchase two new steel body open top live floor trailers to replace two 2005 live floor trailers as part of the planned equipment replacement program.

4.   Town of Merrimack and Merrimack Youth Association Agreement Review|
Submitted by Town Manager Paul Micali
The Town Council to consider the renewal of a 3-year agreement between the Town of Merrimack and the Merrimack Youth Association.

5.   PFAS in New Hampshire Fact Sheet Discussion
Submitted by Town Councilor Barbara Healey
The Town Council to discuss how to promote the New Hampshire PFAS fact sheet.
