Announcements
 

  • Merrimack Police are hosting our “Coffee with a Cop” at Starbucks on Premium Outlets Blvd. on August 26th from 9:30 to 11:00.

Town Manager’s Report

  • The Parks & Recreation Department’s new Fall Activities Brochure is now available. Printed copies can be picked up at Town Hall, Merrimack Public Library and the John O’Leary Adult Community Center. They are also available through our website.  The Parks & Recreation Department is also pleased to announce that we now have the ability to accept credit cards and residents can register now for programs online through our website at  www.merrimackparksandrec.org.
     
  • CD Staff is currently in the interview process for the vacant Assistant Planner position, and will be conducting follow-up interviews in the coming weeks.
     
  • Community Development has received preliminary notification that the Economic Revitalization Zone (ERZ) applications for both Anheuser-Busch and Space Optics Research Labs have been approved by NH Department of Resources & Economic Development. We expect formal notification documents soon from DRED.
     
  • Just a reminder that the “Hands-Free” law is in effect.  We appreciate everyone’s cooperation to help keep Merrimack’s streets safer for motorists and pedestrians.
