  • On Tuesday, January 5th, the Planning Board granted conditional approval to an amended site plan for Anheuser Busch, which increased their previously approved 55,000 square foot expansion to 70,000 square feet.  The proposed project will be constructed in two phases.  Anheuser Busch is hoping to begin work on the project in early spring.
  • Also on Tuesday, January 5th, the Planning Board granted conditional approval to the Conditional Use Permit and site plan for Prime Alternative Treatment Centers of NH for converting the former Digital Federal Credit Union facility at 105 DW Highway into a medical cannabis alternative treatment center (non-cultivation).  The applicant will need to address several conditions of approval, including final endorsement of their security plan by the Police Department (with input from the Fire Department as well).  Once conditions of approval are addressed, the facility hopes to begin operation later this year.
