1.   Recognition of Full-Time Years of Service of Town Employees
Submitted by Human Resources Director Sharon Marunicz
The Town Council will present recognition awards to the following Town Employees:
Fire & Rescue Department:  Asst. Chief Shawn Brechtel – 20-year plaque (DOH: 10/29/2001)

Appointments

1.   Annual Review with the Zoning Board Adjustment
Submitted by Zoning Board of Adjustment Chair Rich Conescu
Per Town of Merrimack Charter Section 6-6, at least annually, there should be an annual review with the Zoning Board of Adjustment.  This agenda item is to highlight the board’s significant actions, current projects, anticipated actions, and to raise any concerns the Council should know or could act on.

2.   Merrimack Public Library Update
Submitted by Library Board of Trustees Chair Debra Covell and Library Director Yvette Couser
The Town Council will be presented with a Library update.

3.   Community Choice Aggregation Program Presentation
Submitted by Town Manager Paul T. Micali
The Town Council to be presented with the details of the Community Choice Aggregation Program, an optional buying group organized by a municipality or group of municipalities to benefit electric customers.

1.   Committee Appointments

The Town Council to consider appointing the following individual to Town committees, pursuant to Charter Article 4-8:
-Brian Dano – Planning Board (Full member)

2.   Flying Eagles Field Enhancement Project Request
Submitted by Robert Fregault
The Town Council to consider The Flying Eagles’ request to restore the field to its original open boundaries by removing a select number of trees located on the Town owned property on Caron / Griffin Street, known as the Sklar Waterfront Park.

3.   Proposal to Increase Athletic Field Rental Rates
Submitted by Parks and Recreation Director Matthew Casparius
The Town Council to review current fee charges to rent athletic fields in Merrimack and consider a proposal to increase those fees to bring them up to market rate.

4.   Review of 2022/2023 Budget Schedule
Submitted by Town Manager Paul T. Micali
The Town Council to review the 2022/23 budget schedule.
